I’ve currently got an exhibition up in Haggerston Espresso Room, alongside the very talented Jake Blanchard, Ciara Phelan & Tom Fewings. You should go ant have a look at the work, plus they’ve got really good coffee.

Because of the time of year I’ve decided to go with a cool palette, building the wolf on some sort of cold arctic landscape.
The name, ‘Building A Wolf’, was enough food for thought you create something quite literal, yet intricate; whilst drawing this I realised that I was very heavily inspired by those illustrated cross section and exploded diagram books of the human body, hence the little boiler-suit henchmen putting it together.
For the Silver Screen Society I created this image based on the brilliant Terry Gilliam film, ‘The Adventures of Baron Munchausen’. The film is an account of Baron Munchausen’s supposed travels and fantastical experiences with his band of misfits; I recommend it highly.

Thanks very much to atls for this lovely comment:
Sam Brewster beautiful illustrations covers some more unusual places - such as Reno, Bologne and St Cloud, Minnesota. Mainly due to that they appear in the magazine Beer Advocate. So when in Long Beach, California don’t miss to visit Belmont Brewing (BBC) and Joe Josts to check out their beers.
